HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method Click Here to view the HypnoBirthing Curriculum. 2010 Group Classes: Cost: $275 (5 Classes), includes includes HypnoBirthing textbook, 2 CDs, & all scripts/handouts I currently have no group classes scheduled. *I do offer private instruction, arranged according to your schedule! (In many cases, no additional fee applies.) Please scroll down to the bottom of the page for more information.* *If you took my HypnoBirthing class during a previous pregnancy, you are welcome to attend any group class for $175.* *Don't see a class that you can attend? Contact me. We can arrange private instruction so that it fits your schedule! Private HypnoBirthing Classes Private Classes are a series of 4-5 sessions (2-3 hours each), or until we work through the entire curriculum. We will work out the scheduling & meeting location so that it is most convenient for you. Private classes are ideal for those with hectic schedules and for parents-to-be who desire more personal attention. Cost: $425 and up (includes HypnoBirthing textbook, 2 CDs and all scripts/handouts) *Private classes may incur an additional travel fee, depending on location. *Refresher classes for HypnoBirthing moms who took my class during a previous pregnancy are available privately for $30/hour.
